GHS

It aims to ensure that information on the risks posed by chemicals is available to improve the protection of the environment and human health during handling, transport and use. GHS also provides a basis for harmonization of rules and regulations on chemicals at national, regional and global levels, an important factor also in facilitating trade. The latest edition (GHS Rev.10e) was adopted in 2023.
