Price per participant: 5500 SEK
This is a refresher course for air transport of radioactive materials (class 7). The training is conducted in accordance with the IATA-DGR regulations and meets the CBTA requirements for function 7.1 and 7.3. The training is approved and accredited by IATA.

- Air transport dangerous goods inspector (checker)
- Safety advisor regarding dangerous goods transported by air
Content
- Special liability requirements for the transport of radioactive substances
- Different types of radioactive substances
- Being able to determine package type and identify UN numbers for radioactive materials
- Determining transport index and choosing package category
- Marking and labeling of packages
- Documentation requirements (DGD and AWB)
- Acceptance check
- Loading regulations
Course length
One day (8 hours)
Previous knowledge
• Basic knowledge of English is required.
• The course is conducted in Swedish and the course material is in English.
• You have completed basic training and have a valid IATA certificate.
Degree
Throughout the training, your knowledge, skills and attitude will be assessed. The course ends with a classroom examination and you will receive an evaluation of the entire course from your teacher. Upon successful completion, you will receive a certificate that is registered with IATA and is valid for 24 months.

The course price includes lunch and coffee. Participants are encouraged to bring their own regulations to the training. If you do not have regulations, we offer IATA-DGR through our webshopFor those of you who do not wish to purchase your own regulations, they are available for loan during the training.
