Security & DG check

To create a safe and secure aviation environment, there are currently strict requirements for the screening of cargo intended for air transport. These controls are carried out both to prevent prohibited items that could cause harm through sabotage or terrorism from being loaded on board, and to ensure that no unauthorized dangerous goods are included in cargo carried by our aircraft.

According to the Aviation Security Act, air cargo can be secured in various ways. For air cargo that cannot be attributed to a known consignor, security checks are required before it is loaded onto an aircraft.

When it comes to the transport of dangerous goods, the rules according to ICAO-TI/IATA-DGR also apply. For such shipments, a special “Dangerous Goods Acceptance Check” is always required.

Security check – Cargo

We have been active in X-raying and security screening cargo for aviation since 2007. Today, we are active in security screening of cargo in both Gothenburg-Landvetter and Stockholm-Arlanda. Through our knowledge of air cargo and dangerous goods, we can offer airlines and handling agents reliable and effective solutions for security screening. DG check

DGM has, both in Sweden and globally, extensive experience in helping airlines and freight agents check shipments of dangerous goods. Through competent and experienced staff, we can guarantee reliable checks of dangerous goods. We perform checks daily at our offices in Gothenburg-Landvetter and Stockholm-Arlanda.
We also carry out DG checks on request at the customer's premises, for example if a need arises during a special charter.
