This is an advanced training course for you who are an ADR Teacher and provides in-depth knowledge of the ADR regulations regarding the transport of radioactive substances. After completing the training, you should, with the help of the regulations, be able to demonstrate how to complete shipments of radioactive substances, what special requirements are imposed when loading and carrying out such transports, and what training requirements specifically apply to carriers and drivers of class 7.

• Legislation and regulations for handling and transporting radioactive substances

• Identify class 7 based on package type and UN number
• Be able to understand the meaning of transport index and package category
• Marking of packages with class 7
• Special documentation requirements for class 7
• Requirements for marking and labeling of vehicles and containers for class 7
• Transport regulations, combined loading and equipment for class 7
• Requirements for organizations and teachers who train drivers for class 7 according to ADR, chapter 8.2.
