Swedish IMDG Code out for consultation

Are you aware that the IMDG Code is available in a Swedish translation? Are you perhaps one of those who have already chosen to use it? The Swedish Transport Agency is now in the process of updating the next edition, the full title of which is The Swedish Transport Agency's regulations (TSFS 2022:52) on the transport of packaged dangerous goods by sea (IMDG Code). This is now out for consultation, giving you the opportunity to submit comments on the proposal and the impact assessment. The deadline is October 29, 2023.
